These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the VinPKR website located at vinpkr.cam (the "Platform", "Site", "we", "us" or "our"). VinPKR is operated as an English-language online gaming information and educational resource directed principally at users in Pakistan.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or otherwise interacting with any content published on this Site, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling guidelines, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and VinPKR.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, which take effect from the moment you first visit the Site. Acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions:

• Accessing or browsing any page of the Platform;
• Clicking or tapping on any link, button or interactive element within the Platform;
• Creating a user profile or submitting any information through a Platform form.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to that organisation accordingly.

Access to and use of the VinPKR Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. You confirm, by using this Site, that all of the following are true:

VinPKR is an information and educational platform only. The Platform provides:

• General educational content about online sports betting, casino games and gambling products;
• Guides on processes such as account registration, KYC/identity verification, deposit and withdrawal procedures;
• Contextual information on payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, provided as educational context only — not as endorsements of gambling or operator affiliations;

• Hold any gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority;
• Act as an agent, representative or affiliate of any payment provider named on this Site.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VinPKR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. This licence permits you to:

• Browse and read Content published on the Platform;
• Use educational guides and resources for personal decision-making purposes;
• Navigate internal links and follow the site structure as intended;
• Contact us via the email address provided on the Platform for legitimate support or enquiry purposes.

This licence does not permit any use beyond personal information consumption. Any use of the Platform for commercial, automated or systematic purposes requires prior written consent from VinPKR.

When using the Platform, you must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means without express written permission;
• Impersonating VinPKR, its employees, or any other person or entity;
• Transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempting to introduce viruses, malicious code, or any other technology that could damage, disable or compromise the Platform;
• Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content without prior written authorisation;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security feature or access restriction on the Platform.

VinPKR reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently terminate any user's access to the Platform in the event of suspected or confirmed prohibited conduct, without prior notice and without liability.

All Content on the VinPKR Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, page design, structural layout, trademarks, logos and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of VinPKR or its licensed contributors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

No Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, transmitted or used in any derivative work without the prior express written consent of VinPKR. Requests for reproduction or licensing should be directed to the contact address set out in Section 18.

Any third-party brand names, service marks, product names or logos referenced on the Platform (including, without limitation, the names of payment providers, sports organisations or game studios) remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or commercial relationship unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VinPKR and its officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content;
• Any decision made, action taken or omission made by you in reliance on Content published on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred on third-party operator platforms, whether or not referenced on this Site;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or communications;
• Any bug, virus, trojan horse or similar harmful component transmitted through the Platform by any third party;
• Any inaccuracy or omission in any Content on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, VinPKR's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the sum of PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees) or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is lower.

VinPKR may reference, describe or provide educational context about third-party gambling operators, software providers, payment processors and other services. Such references are made solely for informational purposes.

VinPKR does not endorse, recommend or vouch for any third-party platform. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, practices or conduct of any third party. Any interaction you have with a third-party operator — including account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawal and disputes — is governed solely by that operator's own terms and conditions.

You should conduct your own due diligence, read all applicable terms and verify licensing and regulatory standing before registering with or depositing funds at any third-party gambling platform.

VinPKR references payment service names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual information familiar to Pakistani users. These references are educational only and carry the following explicit disclaimers:

• VinPKR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in a commercial relationship with any of these payment providers;
• No reference on this Platform implies that any payment provider supports, permits, endorses, or facilitates gambling transactions;

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable federal and provincial laws may govern their conduct in relation to gambling activities. VinPKR makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is lawful or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. You access the Platform at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.

VinPKR reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

VinPKR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, unlawful or harmful conduct;
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Operational, legal or regulatory necessity.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction — shall continue in full force and effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

No waiver by VinPKR of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
